Women, Men and Fat Loss

There is a lot of interest in equality between the genders in the modern day world. But women and men are not created equal in all senses. There is something different in our bodies due to the way hormones change the balance between muscle and fat and shape the size of our bones to respond to different needs later on. For men, the testosterone comes into play. It determines how the bone structure is made up, how much hair grows on the body and how the voice end up sounding in a man. The male hormones also does control the muscle mass itself, in turn regulating the so called metabolism. The muscle mass relates to the fat burning of the body. This means, that an individual with a lot of muscle mass can burn those nasty calories a lot faster than someone with a tiny build. This thing is one of the big differences between men and women. Here we also have the difference between those who are overweight and those who are slimmer. If women and men are working out at the gym at the same time, they never get the rame exact results. It is proven that women gain weight faster. It is also proven that they do have a harder time losing it again thorugh work out and exercise. Yes, women are stuck in the worst part of this whole weight loss thing. They gain faster and have a harder time trying to get rid of it all when working out at the gym. Since the weight loss thing is no easy process for most men to handle, please imagine how bad women are having it loosing body fat (if you’re a man that is…). No wonder why fat binder products sell better to a female audience.
